Background

Founded in 1965, Ward Mechanical Equipment, LLC is a trusted provider of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. With one of the largest HVAC product selections in the region, we go beyond supplying equipment by delivering technical expertise, responsive service, and dependable support.

What began as a small, family-run business founded by Tom and Fran Ward has grown into an established manufacturer’s representative known for putting customers first. That commitment continues to guide everything we do today.

Our operations include a modern warehouse stocked with spiral piping, air distribution and numerous other HVAC products as well as office facilities designed to better support our customers and team. As a privately held manufacturer’s representative, we serve our clients, partners, and community with integrity, professionalism, and a focus on long‑term relationships.

Trust is at the core of our business—earned through consistent performance, discretion, and reliable results.
