• Furnish new BACnet controller and expansion modules as required to control central plant chillers, pumps, and valves as described in a sequence of operations provided by GSK Mechanical.
• Existing sensors, relays, wiring, etc. to be reused.
• New sensors, relays, wiring, etc. to be provided as required.
• New BACnet communications wiring to be provided from new JCI FX-80 in the central plant (replaces existing central plant NAE as part of building supervisory controller upgrade) to new central plant BACnet controller and BACnet cards on new JCI chillers.
• Integrate to the front end and update graphics.
• Assist test and balance contractor.
• Existing Cooling Tower/Condenser Water System Controller to remain.

Furnish and install web-based building automation system with monitoring, trending, and alarming capability.
Provide custom graphical user interface.
Controller to be panel mounted in a location to be determined.
Access to system via any desktop, laptop, or mobile device connected to building LAN.
Workstation or laptop is NOT included in the proposal
Install BACnet MSTP network wiring for AHU-1 and RTU-1,2,3,4,5..

Furnish panel-mounted BACnet controller
Furnish sensors as needed for constant volume operation with space temperature control
Furnish and install return air and outside air damper actuators if required.
Furnish safety shutdown circuit with freeze stat, fan hi-limit, and smoke detector tie-in. Smoke detectors were furnished and installed by others.
Install control wiring to the outdoor condensing unit.
