• Furnish new BACnet controller and expansion modules as required to control central plant chillers, pumps, and valves as described in a sequence of operations provided by GSK Mechanical.
• Existing sensors, relays, wiring, etc. to be reused.
• New sensors, relays, wiring, etc. to be provided as required.
• New BACnet communications wiring to be provided from new JCI FX-80 in the central plant (replaces existing central plant NAE as part of building supervisory controller upgrade) to new central plant BACnet controller and BACnet cards on new JCI chillers.
• Integrate to the front end and update graphics.
• Assist test and balance contractor.
• Existing Cooling Tower/Condenser Water System Controller to remain.
